WoF Christmas Carnival Day 1: Favorite Christmas Song

So I realized this morning that I missed the first day of the Wives of Faith Twelve Days of Christmas Blog Carnival. But in all fairness, I never got on the computer yesterday so I am posting today. However, I really do not have a favorite Christmas song. As I sit here pondering all of the options, I am completely clueless. But if I had to pick a favorite I guess it would be Walking in a Winter Wonderland.

Sleigh bells ring
Are you listening
In the lane
Snow is glistening
A beautiful sight
We're happy tonight
Walking in a winter wonderland

Gone away is the bluebird
Here to stay is a new bird
He sings a love song
As we go along
Walking in a winter wonderland

In the meadow we can build a snowman
Then pretend he is Parson Brown
He'll say: Are you married?
We'll say: No man
But you can do the job
When you're in town

Later on
We'll conspire
As we dream by the fire
To face unafraid
The plans that we've made
Walking in a winter wonderland
Winter wonderland
Winter wonderland

In the meadow we can build a snowman
And pretend that he's a circus clown
We'll have lots of fun with mister snowman
Until the other kids knock him down

When it snows
Ain't it thrilling
Though your nose gets a chilling
We'll frolic and play
The Eskimo way
Walking in a winter wonderland
walking in a winter
walking in a winter
I'm walking

I just love the soothing tone. I also like the talk of what seems to be a new couple, looking forward to all of the hope of the new year that is right around the corner. Its really not a song that says anything about Christmas itself but references this wonderful season. Even if Tennessee rarely has a white Christmas.
